According to Public Relations and International Affairs of Qeshm Free Area Organization, Rasoul Akbari told reporters: The course, which was started by mid-summer of this year by seven lecturers of an educational institution as the winner of the tender for the theoretical and practical training course in the Qeshm Island biosphere reserve, was completed late in December.
According to him, management skills, safety, hospitality, guidance, public relations and knowledge of mangrove forests in this period and in two parts of the theoretical and practical jointly between the three villages of the Tabl, Soheily and Gavarzin taught to sailors at the site of the soheily quay in Hara prospect building.
The Qeshm Free Zone Organization and the Japan International Cooperation Organization (JICA) have started various projects over the past two and a half years aiming at the participation of local communities in the island's economic relations with the approach of training courses, including sailing courses.
He announced that more than 500 fishing boats of people of villages neighboring with mangro forests are traveling in this area, and added: Due to the provision of sea recreational services by sailboats to Mangro passengers in the tourist season, the training policy for sailing coach under the Eco-Island plan of JICA began with supervision of Qeshm's Free Area Organization's environmental management.
The recreation zone of Mangro biosphere reserves in Qeshm is being visited by tourists according to the specified criteria, and the best people to introduce this memorable atmosphere are the native people of Qeshm Island who by passing training courses and obtaining a degree from JICA in this field of activity Will do.
Akbari said 35 people enrolled in this training course, 28 of whom took part in the test, of which 14 were selected as the best coaches from the three villages, Tabl,Soheily and Gavarzin to JICA and Qeshm Free Area Organization .
He said that this 14 people will be taught to sailors in the next steps with the support of the Qeshm Free Area Organization and the expert team of JICA.
